Nano Robots

With nanaotechnology scientists are able to construct different mechanisms and devices that are smaller than a billionth of a meter. Nanorobots are such devices and could have the capacity for self replication, to carry out surgery or to cure some human disease. But there is the question of what happens with these robots after their mission, and how much can we control these small devices?
