@HulkHoganFann2009 I doubt is from the 90s since internet was making a popular hit back then. If so, then I was a kid and had no idea this was available back then lol

Any user can now upload their video up to 15 mins. They changed the system and this feature is available for everyone

@wowviewer just wanna add on to that. Anyone who has not yet broken the rules of Youtube and Copyright can upload even longer than 15 minutes. I have videos up to 25 minutes. So the time limit is endless as long as you don't break the rules. Otherwise it's 15 Minutes for a person who does.
