But I notice that the tower block remains on the plans. That's all wrong. You've got to start by knocking down the tower blocks. You can't stack people 20 stories high like battery chickens and expect them to flourish; you can't surround them with grey concrete and expect them to be happy. In the words of an old song, "nae mair hooses ower piece-flinging height".
