will the rental company provide the ticket if if its on the first floor?

Yes you need it always if your rental company has the cars in the first floor. if your rental is in the lower floor it´s not necessary.

Excellent video once again. It was good to see the actual drive out of the airport. I'm going to club oceano apts in PDC soon and I have found the videos you did really useful! One question, when renting a car do you need to put a ticket in the machine to lift the barriers when you exit?
