Mearokii is her name she belongs to Mearokii :3 And sure. You go to 'Save As' on your computer when you are done tracing in whatever light color. [Red, Blue, Neon Green, Neon Pink, Yellow] and under the File Name [The thing where you name your artwork/picture] and it should say "PNG" or "JPEG." Click on that and find "16 Color Bitmap" and BAM.~
