The animals in this short clip look to be in very bad shape. Thank goodness there are laws to protect us pet owners. If not, someone could go up to just about any public/private rescue, take photos of animals in poor health & ask an ACO to take an animal. We all know NorCal & others are doing their best to speak & act on the animals behave, but let the ACO their job, ask the questions & seek the proper help the animal needs.
You can't just show pictures &expect city/county to take an animal. The Officer asked the right question, Whats wrong with it? I hope it was followed up with, Is it under Vet care? What's your Vet name & number? What treatments are you doing now? When in your next visit with vet?
