Just a little tip or two. When your lunging like that you don't want to throw your arm up it may end up being confusing to the horse. You want to point out, cluck, than whip the ground. Give the horse three warnings than give then a tap. :) Second Try not to nag the horse. Meaning don't chase after the horse when they are going the speed you wanted them too. (like him cantering) You want them to understand they did something right. :D beautiful horse though!

@KandiBreeze Uhh... you must not know what you are talking about because as you can see Audrey knows what she is doing with Asti and he is not afraid of the whip so if your just going to complain dont do it here and what if Austi dosent respond without the whip you dont know that soo the whip is not that bad

ive been working with walkers i have never seen anything so crazy

Exactly the idea. Some horses it takes a lot of patience and others get it right away and surrender :D It's fun.

@The1Hamster1 i do the same thing..the way i look at it is they want to move..ill make them move!! my horse doesnt move when i get on until i ask him too! he knows hes not allowed or he is just going to have to work more... its alot faster and easier!! sometimes they might not understand at first because they dont know what your asking but after a few times they realize and start to stand! but if your not looking for somthing quick round penning is really good!!!!

What I do that works really well and doesn't take as much time, is I take them by the lead rope and I smack their butt so they turn in circles. I keep smacking and keep turning. After a minute I try getting on again and if THAT doesn't work I just do it over. I smack their butt into circles. Yesterday a horse did that with me so I smacked their butt in circles again and again until they let me mount them without moving! :) EASY!

heeeeeeeyy my horse is really afraid of her shadow and when im riding in an arena she flexes to the outside and brings her hind to the inside and if i try to straighten her out she bolts to the middle of the ring any suggestions on how to fix this??

@KandiBreeze You obviously don't know barely a thing on horses. Horses don't even get hurt by whips or spurs. They're just for reinforcement especially if your horse ever dozes off.

OH and I have a request can you do a "Day at the Barn" video plz from the time u leave your house in the morning from the time you come home at night. It's ok if the video is long or if its in different parts. Its just interesting to see what people do all day. thx

I would trample her if I was that horse. I understand what she's trying to do, but jeez, you dont need a freakin' whip!
