The song is sung both in Russian and Ukrainian.
In the video they speak mostly Ukrainian and a little bit Russian. This is a cut from Ukrainian equivalent of America's Got Talent show.

Dasha does a great job singing this, but nothing compares to Nastya,

her voice is just so unique and she puts so much into it.
