  • There is noooo reason that a person can't get a little exercise in every day! If your day is that full, you should switch things around and MAKE time for it! Just like you make time to shower, eat meals, etc, you could make time to move your body for 30 minutes! It's so important, no? :)

  • For many years I was a "gym rat". Most of us gym rats love to show new people how to use a machine. Most machines can be explained in seconds. One hint: if some one looks like a big muscle head and is wearing head phones and jammin to music, dont bother them; ask some one that looks like they know what they are doing. If you look them in the eyes and they smile they will most likely be happy to help you.

  • A start with excersizing should be adapted to your nutritional value and daily activities. And hour and a half on the epiliptical is possible for everyone if you don't push yourself hard enough.

    Start with moderate excersizes and especially choose something you can like. Cos its one thing to get excersize and maintain the actual thing and its another to maintain going.
