@mushroomelissa In all spanish- speaking countries Y is pronounced as Y, but in Argentina the Y and LL are pronounced as SH.
The sound of the J in Spanish is not available in English. J in spanish is pronounced like the H in English. Eg: Hall, but more strong. In english J sound like SH in spanish. Eg: John.
In other spanish speaking countries say: Yo soy Juan, está lloviendo. We say Sho soy Juan, está shoviendo. Is the argentine accent. I do not speak english
can i ask...eg. 'tu y yo',the 'yo' is pronounced as 'y'.but for 'y ya',it's pronounced as 'ja'.wats the difference?when to use as j or y?
