It's not great form for a push jerk; her legs kick back for no reason and she hits the ground with her legs straight.

@UFCmaniacs Not good form. I actually said is pretty bad form as it is extremely inefficient in the current state. She only utilize very little of her legs. Did not hip drive which is a key component to jerking and cleaning and snatching heavy. The kick back with the leg will be extremely dangerous and will result in injury when the weight get too heavy that she won't even be able to push herself up in the air.
