Karbala returns to Iraqi control - 29 Oct 07

U.S. forces have handed over control of the Iraqi region of Karbala, in a ceremony attended by the Iraqi Prime Minister. Nouri al Maliki says the move is proof of the strong will and resolve of the Iraqi people. James Bays reports.
