@MrGrizmint that was kinda crappy to back up like that. but the boise st guy kinda had it coming. you shouldn't push and mock a guy who is mad about how his night went him when all he wants to do is just get in the locker room get the pads off and get the night over. but i would back up too cause hout had like 5 other boise st players around him, and i think more than one of them were linemen. eveyone took that that way too far, the guys still a punk but just about everyone in the nfl is.

@MonsterDGAF obviously he wasn't stopped. neither his knees or butt touched the ground. His forward progress was stopped for no more that 1 or 2 seconds. And if the rule was "as soon as a defensive player wraps you in his arms and the moment you stop going forward, play over" the game wouldn't be nearly as interesting. The key rule in football is "you play til the whistle is blown." It's the defense's fault for letting up.

I got to Oregon, but I feel there needs to be a rule on these kind of tackles. Forward progress is stopped needs to be the interpretation. The player has been wrapped up and stopped. Play over.
