Grand Canyon Trip - Part Two - Canyon de Chelly

The day we were suppose to head to the Grand Canyon a severe storm was coming in from the California Coast. Rain, Sleet and up to 3 inches of snow was predicted. So we revised our plans and high tailed the opposite direction in to Gallup, NM. When we woke up the next morning there was 2 inches of snow on our bikes. It was all clear by the time we left and headed to Canyon de Chelly, AZ. A beautiful, sacred Navaho area. If it hadn't been for the snow we NEVER would have experienced this beautiful place. "When one door closes another one opens"
