Out of state buyers are looking on the Internet to decide which homes will make their show list. It is important that your house passes the audition and is one of the five they want to see when they come to Orange County to preview houses.

The local Agents need to be sent beautiful Email Flyers that they can forward to their buyers.

If my marketing is not working, it's not the marketing - you are way overpriced. You help a little, I'll help a little - Let's get the job done.

I always write in "You can cancel at anytime" because I have found, when I do a good job not only do they never cancel, they love me for it.
