Intolerance should be illegal.

This douchebag did not even appear at the BAY TO BREAKERS Marathon, and this event even has nudity.

We should make it a felony to make fun of Christianity. Shame on those homo's for making fun of the last supper. Pfft, as if Christianity is even real.

He goes to the Folsom Street Fair, and yet I do not see this asshole at the Exotic Erotic Ball, The Southern Decadence Festival, Mardi Gras in Louisiana, nor any Adult Industry Convention in Las Vegas.

@JuusoAlasuutari I do not even know if Peter LaBarbara, Fred Phelps, or "Bro" Jed Smock is another US Version of Martin Ssempa.

I agree that open sex acts should not happen in public and anyone in particular who partakes in that, should be dealt with accordingly.
But, Folsom does NOT represent the whole of the gay community and what he is doing is nothing short picking out only two instances of anything that might be considered lewd.
And I'm glad there's anti-religious people that are taking a stance against intolerance and bigotry!
People like Peter LaBarbera is doing a dis-service to his religion espousing hate.

I agree! Mardi Gras has the very same public nudity and sexual acts occur and has been for decades & yet this idiot doesn't condemn that event.
He's a bigot & disguised as a do-gooder with his hate and intolerance from a religious stance, which only shows his hate agenda that will only backfire on him.
Isn't it easy to pick & choose what goes on between consenting adults, str8 and gay, but what is evident is him finding only TWO isolated instances of anything illegal.

Frank Lombard, at Duke university's Center for Health Policy, was arrested last Wednesday in Raleigh, N.C., for attempting to induce someone to cross state lines to engage in sex with the child.
The arrest affidavit goes into graphic detail of Lombard's alleged actions, including alleged performance of oral sex with the child in front of a webcam, and sodomizing the boy with his finger and tongue. It also prominently cites the fact that Lombard is a homosexual living with another "gay" man.
"There should be a limit on tolerance"
Correct, we should not tolerate this hateful, dogmatic bullshit.

Tolerance applies to how we treat people we disagree with, not how we treat ideas we think false. Classic tolerance requires that every person be treated courteously with the freedom to express his ideas without fear of reprisal no matter what the view, not that all views have equal worth, merit, or truth.
To argue that some views are false, immoral, or just plain silly does not violate any meaningful definition or standard of tolerance.

Note that respect is accorded to the person, here. Whether his behavior should be tolerated is an entirely different issue.
Those who brandish the word "intolerant" are unwilling to be challenged by other views or grapple with contrary opinions, or even to consider them. It's easier to hurl an insult—"you intolerant bigot"—than to confront an idea and either refute it or be changed by it. In the modern era, "tolerance" has become intolerance.

And the difference between oral sex and jaywalking is??? They are both against the law. Since when is public oral sex a felony?
Your post suggests executing people for homosexuality! Maybe you would be better off in Iran.

You can have the last word if you will only start making some sense. It seems that you are the only person I know that doesn't see a difference betweene the two. Recently in Times Square NYC a man was arrested for public nudity. Somehow idiots like you feel that unless there is a law banning public nudity it must be ok. btw I never said public oral sex was a felony. I suppose it might be if you tried it on a police officer.

In California, public sexual indecency and jaywalking are both misdemeanors. There's very little difference between the two in the eyes of the law.

In Calif public nudity I know is not against the law (but should be). While as you say both(jaywalking vs public sexual indecency) are both misdemeanors jaywalking will not get you arrested. Any semblence of decency has definitely gone out the window when it comes to these issues. Ask this question....would you want your mom to know what your doing...I think not.
