6201 Princess Elizabeth on The Yorkshireman Express - 7th June 08

This is footage of the Yorkshireman Express as it leaves the tunnel from Stalybridge and heads toward Mossley through Scout tunnel. Traveling through Stalybridge tunnel seemed to take an age. This footage is off my phone so the quality isn't good. I was hoping to video the journey from Stalybridge to Diggle on my camcorder but got more footage on my phone and camera. I did get some footage on the camcorder when the train left Manchester Victoria but I've yet to down load that and the footage off my camera.

I'm also hoping to do another run this year. Maybe a Cotton Mill express but if DoH is running I'll be looking to get on that journey too.

There are better quality videos filmed from Mossley onwards by others that I would recommend you check out also (eg sarahandmatt13 have a video running from Mossley station, where my video ends, which is of better quality).

There is also footage missing that I've not been able to converte, add and upload yet. but will try to do so soon.

I was on the Duchess in '07, was a great run out over the North of England. Got my eye on doing it again this year!
