Zepe is located in Sangadeto Village, Mataloko Sub-district, Ngada Regency. This video was taken in January 2009, when the people in Zepe celebrate the traditional boxing ceremony. In Flores island, especially in Ngada and Nagekeo Regency, the traditional boxing have their own name and it's depends on the areas that celebrate the traditional ceremony.

In Zepe, Sarasedu (In the past), and Rowa village they called "Sudu" and in So'a sub-district they called "Sagi" (both areas in Ngada Regency), while In Nagekeo, especially in Boawae, Rega, Nagemi, and Watugase village, they called "Etu".

The highlights ceremony is each boxer used an animal bone and palm fiber that was wrapped to one used the rope and tied to their own hands to hit each other. Additionally, each boxer also accompany by one person or "Sike" as the local people called who assigned to give an instructions to the boxer in the match, for example when they must attack or defend.
