I love the graffiti art on the sides of buildings and along the fences in Highland Park. It makes happy that we can embrace that kind of public art made by it's residents. What I will never understand is the CONSTANT tagging on public and private property. They make my community ugly and perpetuate a negative image for everyone that lives in it. I wish someone would take a spray can to their faces.
