Listen to his quote very carefully. Note also, how Rachel 'rephrases' in terms he neither meant nor said. He said: 1) Slavery was a black mark on American history and 2) Half of all black babies today are being aborted. The point he is making is 'foreward', not 'backward'. He is not saying we should return to slavery. He is saying that 'as horrible a moral stain as slavery was, the killing of our children is far worse.' At least comment on the guy correctly, Rachel.

This is extremely dangerous rhetoric. This man cited no study or statistical data to support his statement. A fetus never coming to term is a tragedy, but a fetus coming to term, being born and subjected to a lifetime of chattel slavery is, in my opinion, far more tragic. This type of logic is synonymous to implying Jewish children born with Tay-Sachs fared better during the Holocaust. This man should be removed from office immediately.
