Why are you seeing Sheila E. with her father Pete Escovedo to open? It's actually LEON, LEON MOBLEY you hear at the opening, can't you TELL? No one else plays like THAT from BOSTON!?! Sheila E is one of my favorite percussionists as are Vicky Randle, Estair Godinez, Munyungo, Drew Leone, Gabirel Da Costa, Secco, Burning Spear, etc.... on this track Marcus Miller drums (the OTHER ONE), Trevor Ware bass, Rembert James Trombone and Anna Fisher English horn! The last phrase to near end is on one breath...had many witnesses and although normally I'd have cut it left it in, reminds me of the flies around a little child's face too week to brush it away.
