Demandware reveals its Open Commerce APIs which will provide retailers and partners with the tools needed to build shopping widgets and create experiences -- including transactions -- outside the Demandware Commerce platform.

These new scalable web APIs enable commerce innovation by allowing outside web applications and enterprise software to interface with all Demandware Commerce shopping functionality, ensuring that the product, promotion, account and brand experience are consistent to the consumer across all brand interactions.
