my mom/dad says i sleep walk alot. Im not alower to drink rootbeer after 8:00

I'm a sleepwalker (parasomniac). I tried to climb out of a six story window in Delhi once, dreaming that I was in a stranger's home and needed to get out. Scared me. Most of the time I get up and unplug all the appliances and alarms and I often wake up in different parts of the house, telling myself I don't need to do whatever it was that I was doing. It's very disorienting.  It's frustrating because I don't get sleep when I sleepwalk and people think it's cool rather than dangerous.
