@TheYunghawk Yes, he is but this CD was a different look for Juvenile. Juvenile's first CD that he released on Cash Money Records was Soulja Rags, and that aCD was marketed heavily towards New Orleans residents. It was a regional CD that was geared strictly towards New Orleans residents. Now when Baby signed that that $30 million dollar deal with Universal in 1997, then Cash Money Records marketed Soulja Rags as a national album, but they started out promoting this album as a regional CD.

Classic. Juvenile is one of the most slept on Southern rappers of all time. He can actually rap and he displays his talent as a lyricist by telling a story instead of just shooting a whole bunch of random unfocused bars and punch lines like most down south rappers.
