Katie Spotz has solo-rowed across the Atlantic, now she will attempt a non-stop bike race across the US. She and Sam Williams are racing from California to Maryland. Ride4Water is a 1 week race across the USA. The Race is 3,000 miles, that's 1.3 times as long as the Tour de France and in one-sixth the time.
Katie will not let injury stop her ride, watch as she defies the odds and overcomes a seemly impossible obstacle.

These people are fighting for something truly amazing. I'm 16, just a guy from Germany, and I wished I could help people in this kind of way.. I wish, I wish, I wish. ): Maybe I can? I hope one of these days I'll be able to.

wow. Such a well produced video. It seems like nothing can stop her! I saw her in Oceanside and heard her talk about Ride 4 Water and her broken pelvic bone, but I didn't realize just how incredible her drive is.
Go Team Ride 4 Water!
