  • No, from memory the rest was a drum solo.

  • The tagline says this is from Copenhagen, but I believe this particular recording is from Göteborg in Sweden, somewhere spring 1983 (at Scandinavium). They played also several times in Copenhagen at e.g. the jazzclub Montmartre, but not this recorded concert that was sent in swedish television.

  • @Olidimakona NO, you are wrong.

Abraham wanted to be hip by saying Axel is alex in Swidish.

Chuncho are the indians from the Amazonas of Peru.

Next time you would to say something find it out first and then coment.

    Blessings in JESUS name!

  • Just Brilliant, I grew up on this.

  • Correction: 20 YEARS ago!!!

  • Nice to see this again as a "friend" wiped my VID tape copy 20 hrs ago.

  • If you like both Alex and Abe, check them playing together along with Arturo Sandoval and Michel Camilo in these vids:

  • @Anzio678 Cool..

  • @StephenCAD You're right there. I've seen some BB3000MA-versions with the pickups positioned like in the video. Mine is the "newer" version with active pickups and this just might be one of the older series with passive pickups, have to say, dunno... :)

  • @Anzio678 Its just that i've never seen a BB3000 with the split coils positioned that way. The one closer to the neck down by the higher strings and the other one up by the lower strings. Normally its the other way around.

  • @StephenCAD

The resolution is poor but I'm quite sure it's an Yamaha BB-3000, Abe used to play with one in those days. I have one of my own and the details are alike, mine is not sunburst, though.

  • This was recorded in Gotemberg.

Not in Copenhagen that translation is Swiddish.
