Yeah I just got one and they are very noisy, but they really move a lot of air. If you mount your rad outside which it it is a bit quitter.

I got Cooler Master, R4, one around 1800 RPM and one around 2000. Pretty quiet both. But I really don't think their CFM and static pressure specs are accurate, cause if they were those fans should not be 10$, but at least double that.

they do look nice but are just as noisy as the Delta fans I have, & they push over 100CFM.
The feser fans are just far to expensive for serious consideration
