May all those who have served during this and answered the call to bravery.. may your souls echo in the halls of our lord so that we may remind our selves of what it means to be true heroes... Thank you dad.. and MetalMulishaTroop2!! Forever may A Company 2nd/66th armored divison be remembered..

you know whats bad about the Vietnam war? everyone who died from the U.S died for nothing.

@vietnamthegreat The US Army in Vietnam are my heros and not just something like that. Theyy fought for a cause against a communist north that invaded the south. To help the people of south Vietnam live their lives free from a communist dictatorship. What would you like me to think again about?

@couragio235 "It is not the critic who counts: nor the man who points out how the strong man stumbles or the doer of deeds could have done better. The credit belongs to the man in the arena. whose face is marred with dust, sweat, and blood. Who strives valiantly, who errs, and comes up short, again and again. And if he fails, at least he fails while daring greatly so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who never knew neither victory nor defeat." T.R.

@memomalacopa I suppose the same could be said about WWII when the Americans helped defeat NAZI Germany. You would have to understand the time that this war happened as well as the decisions made and the opposing forces and what they each wanted to accomplish. If we hurt ourselves it was in a just cause of defending a people who did not want to live under a communist dictatorship.

I think only americans, can see that they kill people and hurt themselves as an act of heroism

@99thJediWarrior we didnt lose close to 550 million people

@Chaplain975 Thx Chap! My dad talked about everyone! even the FNG's that died the same day. Sometimes I feel as if I was there due to the vivid conversations we had. I truly have a respect for all of you who went!! What I wish is that the protesters would have came to welcome you home rather than pull the free love crap and call you all killers! They have no Idea what drain it has on a person to go and do your duty no matter how horrible it is and come home to being hated. thx joan fonda!!

@OffTheGrid1000 Think of us as your parents... stronger, wiser and more wealthy. I bet you argued with your parents allot because they had control over you... but lets face it they made better decisions than you. We are a stable country, we can handle our nukes. The children we watch over? not so much... so susceptible to passions sway. And lastly Iraq has hardly brought our nation profit, perhaps quite the contrary.Dont hate the player hate the game ;)

@xZeRo2RaWx And what of the Vietnamese lost in the conflict? Whether North or South. War is tragic. No matter which side of the fence you are from. Charlie Sheen's monologue at the end of the movie sums it all up I think. Although this version sounds exactly the same as the one on the OST. Nicely done video!
