  • What was your UV exposure time ?

  • @Tycho343 8 min enough with these lamps.

  • I thought the photo-resist was sprayed on far too thick but it worked very well. Is that how you're supposed to do it or just the way you found worked best?

  • @Tda7000 Yes this method have the best quality and no problem to make more then one boards.

  • I have used photo resists on silk screens for shirts, and we never had to wait 8 min OR break the bulbs. we used one 175W ( I think ) mercury vapor lamp as it was for 5 min, usually less. w/ vacuum sheet for intimate contact during exposure. or 45 seconds in direct sunlight w/ a back board for contact during exposure. highly reliable and comes off w/ mineral spirits.

  • When the sandpaper is filled with dirt, I take a cloath and wipe it. This way I can reuse it many times.

OK, I will stop now, since I don't know if this will be published at all. Keep on the good work and Bye.

  • how much wattage is the lamp?

  • You can remove photoresisty with acetone.

  • I think that music on certain videos such as this take away the attractiveness of the video and makes them less interesting, although the subject is extremely good

  • why is hot water dangerous for americans? lol
