It's interesting that from 2007 to the present at the AO Rafa was totally beat down by everyone except Federer in 2009 when he won the title. Gonzo straight-setted him in 2007, Tsonga annhiliated him in 2008, Murray destroyed him in 2010 and Ferrer crushed him in 2011. Truly remarkable considering he was either number 1 or 2 during that entire time period.

Actually I prefer Federer over Rafa. But I try to see things as objectively as possible :). If Rafa consistently looses during 2 or 3 years in a row I might start changing my mind. But not for now. ;)

Can rafa win 3 grand slams next year???Lol,i'd think he'd win 3grand slam runner up plates to djokovic instead.
He lost like 7/8 finals this year.
He might surprise us with his clutch consistency in failing at finals and pissing his pants when djokovic picks up his racquet on the other side of the court.
But dont worry,regarding finals losses,there's always andy murray.

Looks like you have no idea about tennis. Roger Federer at age 25 had 9 Grand Slams. Nadal at age 25 has 10 Grand Slams.
Just wait and see what happens. And learn about tennis a bit ;)

no. he was playing just fine. he just couldn't get a hold on gonzo that night because he was on fire the whole tournament.
