Yup, the washing machine is in the kitchen. I will never use it though, I pay someone to do my laundry for me ;D

Surely if you have guests over it's better for them to be close to the windows & the view! I used to live in the apartment upstairs, which is the exact same layout, & they did it the other way around. I prefer it like this.
