I do not know if you do already know but if you complete the danger room disk ''Legend'' that you just got at 8:43 you will get the Mask of Xorn this gives you UNLIMITED ENERGY! Also with the unlimited energy you can you ice slide or magma ride all you want and it look cool when you are fighting the ast boss.
