Watch and see :D It's annoying that my weigh-in numbers are always one ahead of the week numbers. This is the fourth weigh-in - it's for the END of week THREE. :)

Highest weight: 230 lbs
Current weight: 165 lbs
TOTAL Lost: 65 lbs

Dream goal weight: 155 lbs

  • I've been a personal trainer for about 12 years now so I'll shed some light on the topic. People really seem to over-complicate things!

    HOW TO LOSE FAT

    1) Avoid high GI foods (they trigger fat storage)

    2) Eat frequent, nutrient dense meals (every 3 hours) - include a protein source with each meal

    3) Follow the nutrition plan from the "Fat Loss Customized" program (I can't provide a meal plan here)

    4) Perform interval training to boost your metabolism.

  • Well done that is such an achievement, my weight did the same but I "felt thinner and fitter etc" But now I'm losing too! So proud of you .
