It is very Difficult to define Tantra in words ! But I will leave here Thoughts that can Help one to understand...

Tantra is a mystery, a discovery, is the expansion of the mind, body and soul. You live in harmony with the life force that is around and within us. Tantra is not to be understood intellectually, it is to be lived and experienced.

Tantra is a way of life. Tantra is to live and enjoy life to its fullest without barriers, without thoughts of the past and expectations of the future.

Tantra is much more an attitude toward life than beliefs, behaviors, or rules. In Tantra there are no dogmas about the proper way of doing things. It has no manual, performance, and you have no script to follow.

Tantra says "Yes" to everything.

In our society and culture we are taught to rationalize our way of living, make judgments about what is right or wrong and fight what is not according to our "expectations. "

Tantra in contrast to all this, teaches us to accept everything that is happening and it flows without stress. Expanding our consciousness and our energy moving through all that life presents.

Everything is sacred, and Tantra says "welcome it" to all her most "crazy" thoughts, feelings and desires. This means to love every part of yourself and learn from them. Don't think "bad" or whatever, but learn who you are, accepts you!

Tantra frees us from illusions Revealing "who" you are!

To summarize: Tantra transforms ... Tantra is acceptance! Tantra is expanding ... Tantra is awareness...Tantra is meditation... Tantra is the divine... Tantra is not a technique.... Tantra is delivery... Tantra is the dissolution of the ego... Tantra is total Involvement.... Tantra is the meeting of beings... Tantra opens the heart... Tantra is renewal... Tantra is revolution... Tantra is ...

i like the song ! its relaxing ! i belived gettin back togheter with your cosmic half, or your twin flame was the purpouse of life along evolving togheter on a spiritual side and that may be for most of the people, but i belive lonlyness has lessons to be learned to... at least for a while =)
