  • Pick up a rubber flat ended cake icing type spatula to stir your wort so you can scrape the bottom of the pot covering the whole surface of the pot instead of just the tip of a rounded spoon spatula. Also it's immensely helpful for getting nearly every little bit of the extract out of the bucket quickly. with one scoop and spin of the spatula and bucket you'll have a huge glob of malt on the spatula, they're very efficient and easier to use.
