PJ....YOU DONE DID IT AGAIN !!!

This is Peppy from Chicago. I wasn't around back then, but I"ll bet the money hunters in charge of what radio, records, and jukeboxes handled had a lot to do with keeping these songs away from listening audiences.
Whats it supposed to sound like? There are still a lot of things which do not need explanations. These new sounds, to many first timers like me, will be around for a very long time despite what those without any talent think. Call me a greaser, or whatever, this is music!

PJ, I simply love this song from start to finish. One post said it aint uptempo?? Perhaps midtempo ???? Either way you want to look at it, it's fine. But to call it CRAP just ain't right !!!!! I'm a former Long Islander and this guy or gal can kiss my azz !!! Keep those awesome tunes commin.

This is the second time in my life that I've seen the Everest lable and I've been collecting records for over 30 years! I have a promo copy of Patsy Cline's ''Walking After Midnight'' on the Everest label (white with black ink.) that I bought around 1978. Never have seen it since. Thanks for posting.

I find Everests here and there. Maybe Everest didn't nationally distribute until they had a hit on their hands.

I love collectors. I knew a guy who added a room to his house to hold his beer can collection... make sure your collection lives on beyond yourself.
