I built a small backstop out of scrap wood laying around to catch stray rounds from a suppressed 22. It worked out great. I plan to pile some sand in front of the wood to help prolong the life of the backstop and lessen the impact sound of the bullet smacking the wood.

  • I add water to rid the FRP. And now the berm has a dirt/mulch mixture pilled in front so it stops the rounds and makes for a quiet impact.

  • Cool idea. Would a top cover be beneficial at all? One more thing, is there a way to get rid of that FRP? I know it's noticeable in the video, how about in person, is it that extreme of a difference?
