A good deal of suspected H1N1 patients end up in E.R. Most don't die. But even if it is not H1N1, people show up, thinking it is. That's a concern for us here in Canada.

I don't think anyone is saying that there will be an extraordinary number of deaths (compared to other flus). What they are concerned with is the large number of illnesses that could otherwise be prevented.
