what do you use the double rempuuken for? I see in training mode it does the same damage.

@drjuste Because when one reppuken isn't enough!
At startup it can cancel a fireball and still fly out, and for Geese's it counts as a high fireball. So Blanka/Honda/Bison can't just torpedo at them after canceling a sweep or forward into a fireball. Of course this can be circumvented by Jumping after or RCing. Its of limited usefulness. Rock's i don't believe can hit torpedo-ers. So i wouldn't know a direct application for him outside of trying to be tricky after an Evac Toss reset.
