@RickySouthwell and i am saying they are wrong. They are required to make sure it's safe to proceed before going through an intersection. They can't force them self through it. If they do and accident happens they are at fault. It's just the way it works. I am in the insurance industry and know how the law works.

@ylen13 well in that case then it is their fualt and usually the people the drive the emergency vehicles are good drivers but i think what every one else is trying to say is that if you dont yeld to an emergency vehicle and you it hit then it is your fualt

@RickySouthwell I am speaking from experience. I been in this type of accident, i had green light and emergency ambulance was found at fault for failure to clear intersection before proceeding(i hit it. So it makes no difference if they are very good driver or not they are required to make sure intersection is clear before proceeding.
