IT Lake Monsters 25/06/11

Another trip to IT Lake Monsters in Bangkok. The weight for the fish is estimated because my scale could only measure up to 25kg, and it broke while measuring this fish...

Also features the new Pflueger Patriarch Spinning Reel 9540. And for those who were wondering, yes I did customize the grips and reel seat on the Bassterra, the original cork grip was fine but I hated how the reel seat screwed top-down, and since I had to strip everything off anyway, I thought a split grip would be a nice touch.

how`s the reel holding up after all those juicy lengthy battles?

@kisunage The reel is holding up pretty perfectly, its been 3 trips now, handled everything from 10-40+kgs, minimal maintenance, no noticeable wear yet =)
