With more than 3 million cars in Beijing, it is rapidly becoming one of the world's most gridlocked and polluted cities. From July 20th, Beijing will introduce temporary traffic restrictions to ease congestion and curb pollution ahead of the Olympic Games.

    odd & even plate numbers on each

  • Well, it works.

  • It won't work. They tried this in Mexico City & it didn't work there
