Didn't you get the memo, AdSense/Google retired the whole video unit program as of April 2009? Read about it on the Google-Adsense help website.

Lol that was brilliant. Still waiting fir EFT's in South Africa though. I would think that making payments online would be very easy so my question is, why are you (Google, being one of the biggest companies on earth) not able to make payments anywhere any time?
