Jeff Martin playing a song from "Transmission", the incredible album he released while with his former mates in The Tea Party.

This is the first time it has ever been played live, and it was by request of the fans on his website.

  • @robmatlivingstone you fail at life.

  • I'm not downplaying Stuart and Jeff Burrows talent at all.....but the main focus of the Tea Party was on Jeff Martin's powerful voice and extraordinarily good guitar skills. If you aren't impressed by his solo work, than fine....but I don't share your view on "Sub-Par"....sorry.

  • yea, except i dont care

  • *LOL* That's fine. I don't expect you to care....I was simply replying to one of your comments, and sharing my view. (This conversation obviously ends here, thank you very much *LOL*)

  • I'm having an EXTREMELY HARD TIME understanding how ANYONE currently living on this planet can NOT like this. I'm not talking shit...I just.....how the fuck....how can anyone NOT...fuckin....WHAT??

  • people, come on, don't argue! enjoy the song... it's simply amazing!!!

  • What?! Did someone say unoriginal? You fuckin fool! How many people have you heard lately, or in the last 10-15yrs for that matter, that sound anything like him and have managed to be a success? Go back to your Bruno Mars albums dickhead....

  • @robmatlivingstone Not sure that you understand the concept of perfect pitch.

"Perfect pitch, is the ability to name or reproduce a tone without reference to an external standard.

It shows some/all of these abilities: Identify by name individual pitches (e.g. A, B, C♯) played on various instruments, Name the key of a given piece of music just by listening, Identify and name all tones of a given chord, Accurately sing a given pitch with no reference, Name pitch of common noises, eg. car horn

  • @robmatlivingstone you efin idiot...

  • just beautiful

  • @robmatlivingstone

Morrison ripoff? because he looks like him? lol. People who don't know any better always throw out that comparison. As for Zepplin, yes he is heavily influenced by them. Like I said everyone who plays music has influences.

The guy can construct a solid song. And I will give you that some of his lyrics are pretentious but that doesn't take away from the fact that he is a great musician. He is far better than most of the clone rock bands of today

  • @MisterSausage1 He'll never be taken seriously by musicians or the press because it's such a blatant Jim Morrison/ Zeppelin ripoff, always was.a tribute band at best. His lyrics are far too pretensious as is the music and the imagery. He's pompous. And 'perfect pitch'? What's perfect pitch if you only sing (sort of) in one low octave? Burton Cummings has perfect pictch, in 4 octaves. And 'amazing' Quite a word for a guy plunking on a guitar, is'nt it?
