  • i have a massive urge to track this professer down and touch his hair...

  • One extremely important application for titanium they didn't mention is orthopedic implants because of its biocompatibility. Of course there are many more applications, but that one is really something students should know about.

  • Just gotta love this element!! I use it everyday on my wrist.

  • Titanium is also a constituent of our State Gem: Benitoite -- BaTiSi3O9 (barium titanium silicate).

  • @laffytaffy35645 Hippies are always like "GO ALL NATURAL MAN HERP DERP" while he has devoted his life to the study of numerous fields of science that a hippy wouldn't even come close to.

  • Anyone else search the song but rather click this? lol

  • if your watching this in 2011. a space probe found tons of titanium on the moon

  • I think the biggest problem with using titanium is it's cost. My father works at a machine shop and metal work facility and grab hold of the wrong material and began to cut it. After about 27 minutes of cutting what I believe but I'm not sure, he thought was aluminum he turned off the saw. He had one of his managers take a look at it. It was titanium, a piece the size of a soda can valued at around $3,600, Or so he said.

  • I love titanium. I have a titanium sandwich Monday Wednesday AND Fridays. It's hard to spread though.

  • according to these videos every element is beautyful :D

  • i agree with rogertlee... its cool hes explaining but i clicked on one and without it finishing it goes to a know chemical... what's up with that... i'm still intrested... but weird. :)

  • personally, I'm much less concerned with the hair than what's contained under it.
