Sherry Bender, Heroine in the NYC Corrupt Court System

Channel 34 is the Community Affairs Channel on Manhattan Neighborhood Network. Notwithstanding the fact that MNN for no technical reason was shut down during 9/11 it is important to track the work of those producers who keep us informed about how our government is working (or not). Although Paula Gloria's interest was initially holistic health on public access TV (her first show many years ago was called "The Whole Tooth") it turned through interest in 9/11 truth and tracking the last of her lost fortune to the wild woolly world of public affairs. No story could be more fascinating in a constellation of unsung stars of those deprived of justice than the tale of Sherry Bender.

yes Sherry is a sensitive person that doesn't want to trouble people. Many came to her trials, a place to meet good people..I never regretted spending time with Sherry or trying to help her.

I'm so surprised that Sherry never sent me this video. I'm a good friend of her and I know what she is going through. Since she found out at the end of 2005 that the bar was illegally zoned she has been constantly harassed by the bar, the police and her superintendent. I know that she filed a federal lawsuit against the police for retaliating and prosecuting her for complains about the bar.
