3OH!3 singing a new song "This is Now, That was Then" at 101.3 KDWB's Jingle Ball 2009 at the Xcel Center in St. Paul, Minnesota. Taken from 4th row seats on the floor. The bass was up very high and I was close to the speakers which is why the sound isn't the best.
