Glenn Beck interviews Alan Gura, the attorney which successfully argued the D.C. Heller case in 2008, about today's Supreme Court acceptance of hearing the Chicago Gun Ban Case. The case is for ending the 27 year old Chicago Gun Ban. The question in the case will be whether or not politicians at the state and local level will have to observe the 2nd Amendment of the United States.

  • Thank you Mr. Gura. Tear it up in Chicago, and show them once again, that these bans are unconstitutional.

  • Guns don't make men killers any more than money makes men greedy any more than penises make men rapists.

  • Beck, talking about accountability . . . give me a feckin' break. 8 years and no memory.

  • @leatherneck2044 Spot on. And we do all said things. Maybe we should just have sticks, that way the jocks and the dexterous would beat the shite outta the rest of us. Imagine a world run by jocks and gymnasts . . .

  • @ManicEightBall Given the absurdity and lack of intelligence you put into your previous comments, you're right, you wouldn't be able to refute me. Later, crybaby.

  • @ManicEightBall Get yourself into a clean diaper, and stop crying like a little bitch.

  • Hey jackass move to Prussia!

  • hopefully they will learn that the problem is not handguns, but certain people who use them for the wrong reason.

  • leatherneck2044 well put, that one made me laugh and i totally agree.

  • @ManicEightBall Didn't call you an idiot - I said your posting was idiotic.

I'll try not to be so subtle next time so you have a nice obvious comment to rail against.

"we've banned lots of things" yeah - like the drugs that you've mentioned. Yet they still pour into the country don't they....
