Insane Ducati Streetfighter

Saw this at the track yesterday. 1198- 167 rwhp carbon fiber EVERYTHING,,you name it its got it. Over $4000 in just titanium nuts and bolts. The cans are the same Termignonis Rossi uses in motogp cut down one off hand built exhuast. Nothing was spaired buiding this bike ,they valued it at around $60,000

As I understand it, that sound is actually music to a Ducati lover. In addition to the dry clutch and open cover, it's also caused because they don't use springs in the valve/cam system because springs could slow the engine down, so it's a mechanical system that clatters a bit. I think it's called a Desmodromic valve/cam system. Desmodromic being a made up word, of course..Google Desmodromic valves.

@2secondman that's a bit harsh, exhaust sounds on youtube are ALWAYS shit, and looks are entirely subjective.

my bandit sounds fantastic in person but the video i put up here the sound was compressed (or something) so much that it just couldn't do it justice.
