Homicide Villa Ct 01/2007

The video you are watching is from a store security camera taken just minutes before the murder of Mr. Cole. The victim was visiting his fiancé who was pregnant with his child. Mr. Cole went to the market to get some items for his fiancé. Mr. Cole is shown in this video wearing a yellow cap and a black sweat suit.

Three armed suspects follow Mr. Cole into the store, two of the suspect wait outside and one enters the store a couple minutes after the victim. The suspect is wearing a hooded jacket in the video. The suspect enters the store and does not appear to be interested in anything in the store except Mr. Cole. Once the victim pays for his items and leaves the store you can see the suspect exit the store with Mr. Cole.

Two minutes later witnesses see Mr. Cole fighting on villa ct with the three men. The three men are trying to rob Mr. Cole and take his wallet. During the struggle Mr. Cole starts to get the better of the three men. At least two of the men pull out weapons and shoot Mr. Cole multiple times.

The three men get into an older white full size van and leave the area at a high rate of speed towards Suisun City.

Mr. Cole was a beloved father, brother and son and is severely missed by his family and children. Mr. Cole just graduated from an emergency medical training program to try and make a better life for his fiancé and children. Mr. Cole lost his life on Villa Ct in Fairfield California in January of 2007 because three young men wanted to steal $13.00 dollars from Mr. Cole.

The police still have not arrested anyone in this case. But I did some research, and found that the case is heating up as of late.  A hooded sweatshirt found at the scene revealed DNA belonging to a Mr. Jerald Gonsales, of Hercules Ca. Police have been in contact with Gonsales, and have obtained his cell #. I hope they catch all involved!
